No. In fact, the EU servers are currently down so at the moment it's ONLY US servers.

Although once that's fixed it will be both.

Me and Lucien just played a game, and after we successfully defended B and didn't die once, half the other team ragequitted. So we just left as well. No point in playing against half a team.

You know, I have little doubt that Valve will eventually implement their own answer to this. They often toy with ideas for great lenghts of time (but are always too busy), the community does it instead, Valve realise that people like it/it works very well and then do an official solution.

I've only tried it once but yes, aside from initial technical difficulties at my end it worked fine. I could easily see this eventually be an option in TF2.
