The lack of reality in so many different areas of this movie makes it unwatchable for me. It was neat when I was a kid...but I simply cannot stomach it any more after nearly 15 years of working with fighter pilots IRL. There's maybe 10% of that movie that's anywhere close to accurate. The rest is utter nonsense.

I'm not saying it should be a documentary...but it tried to portray itself as a look into "the life", which it certainly was not.
