Shameless classless skank or do I lack a sense of humor?

She's reasonably good looking, but in the way that she needs to wear skimpy clothes and use too much makeup etc to be so. She's not actually an overly attractive person otherwise (that being said, I'd hit it).

My conclusion: Seems pretty classless, but I don't know her so considering pretty much 70% of chicks have pics like these its a little hard to tell
