Old Boy
It's the first and only South Korean film I've seen, and it rates as one of the best movies I've ever seen. Totally took me by surprise with the plot twists and great story. I only found it cause I was looking for an action movie and was intrigued by this:

Yeah Old Boy is good, you should watch Battle Royale too, another good asian film.

They are in every scene of every movie now. Nothing special about them.
The Men Who Stare at Goats 7/10 --Lacked direction and the story was pointless but was very funny and entertaining.

You will not be disappointed man, fuck I still coming to terms with how good that was....I was expecting it to be pretty much comedy based, but the story line was so gripping, the acting so well done, the casting was spot on. Action, drama, comedy, tension, unpredictable twists and even a bit of romance, the film has it all. I almost didn't watch it after reading up about it, didn't sound like my kinda thing, but I'm glad I did.Doctor Strangelove wrote:

Yeah, I mean you'll need an open mind to like it (just check the user reviews on empire, they differ dramatically), it's not one of those 10/10 for everyone films, but if anything just watch it for Christoph Waltz's performance.
