Bunnyhopping was there sort-of in cod4 but it's gone in mw2. After the first jump your jumping abilities goes on a rather steep decline.
i would say it's more difficult, but still doable... as has been shown by

jump+prone+press both mouse buttons with dual P90s

Sorry to crash your dreams but bunnyhopping = continuous jumping. That hasn't been possible in CoD4, WaW or MW2 (par oldschool game mode that no one played).
