What we ask is 10 but actualy you need2 get about 11 or 12 bifore it will give it to u it's same as all the other ones

well i cant help you about getting it at 20 k's but i have a couple of hints.
1st: Go on a 16-24 / 64 ranked Karkand only server. (sometimes hard to find but there's always one)
2nd: Be MEC, then rush to the place all the armor pass (main road near hotel) and mine it. After that, nade spam the other base. Then just kill the most possible before dying. Rinse and repeat.
note: dont worry spawn camping or whatever like that except if its forbidden by the server.

3rd (isnt another step for 2nd but goes with the 1st thing): Be USMC, DONT TAKE AN UNLOCK, take the original shotgun (M11 sumtin). Then nade spam, rush to the point every MEC will be nade-spawning (watch for friendly nades) then kill as much as possible. Rinse and repeat (best is camping inside that kind of fence area if you know what i mean).

For vet repairs: get in a armor or transport (still on karkand low crowded 64 slots) and follow all the tanks that are raping the others and being shot missiles. You'll get 10 easily.

I know I have the time needed, so thats not it.

It said I got 10 Repair Points, I counted 10 Repair points. No Repair Badge. .

actually i think that's a bug in bf2, but i tried the hints i gave you and got 15 repair points in a single round (and i suck in tanks).

I think it is some bug or something in the server, and the actual number of repairs will vary from 10-12 ... I got my Vet on the 10th repair as well, but others do not.
