Knife pistol servers should be allowed!!!

Well i know most of you dont like these servers because you all get jealous because people use their brains and get the knife/ pistol badges an easy way.

Well i think its funny that you all complain over some shitty badges. Its a game, now i know i post alot of shite but its because i dont take this seriously at all and it winds me up when i see people constantly trying to hunt down players who are using there heads to get badges.

Yes point hacks, aimbots are bad they are for pricks but as for the knife pistol servers then let them be!?!!!

I could look at half of your stats and see that most of you dont get your kit badges from actually using that kit as a foot soldier but instead hide in a armour or planes and get your badge that way. Well surely that way is cheating because you have an unfair advantage amongst all the other hard working players who are foot soldiers?

What im saying is that this is game <----some thing that has been said so many times before. We are ment to have fun. get badges how you want and let others do the same. It doesnt affect how you play the game at all. so let it be.

Sorry, it's wrong. About fun... Unranked servers are fun too. It's not because I care about knife/pistol ppl. If you will let these servers be, people will create an armor only/helo only/certain kit only servers etc. And good game will become a crap. Just think about medic only servers....

IIRC knife/pistol are allowed, just not ranked. But surely that's not a problem if play for fun and not for the stat, no?

I think they should be allowed because I already have my expert knife badge, and I am all about respect when I pull out my knife and an enemy sees me and pulls his knife out and its a fight to the death wether i win or lose I have alot of respect for that person for having the honour of knifing me and not blasting me to bits with a gun because I love knife fighting its so much fun running around the corner stabbing someone...

im yet to get expert but i will get it on a pistol/knife server only ....
a) they are alot more fun then the normal ones
b) they actually require skill and good accuracy

couldnt care less what anyone else things, its my account and il do what i want, if you want to spend hours attempting to find the right server to get your badge on then go ahead, il just hop on one of these servers and know i have a good chance of getting the award.

im pretty much an expert with knife and pistol, if there were any unranked servers i'd play on them. but there isn't, there never has been and there never will be because not enough people will play on them. EA/Dice should bring out a knife and pistol game mode with reduced points to keep us happy instead of saying we can't do it and not providing a suitable alternative that people can play.

Kife/Pistol Only servers invalidate stats for everyone who doesn't play on them.

It is impossible for me to compare stats with other players because I cannot tell if they stat padded, cheated, played on a specialty server, etc. This completely invalidates the entire stat system, which is why EA has stated that ranked Knife/Pistol only servers are against the rules. They want to maintain the integrity of the stats system because it is a very big draw for the game.

If you truly want to play for fun, by all means go find an unranked server. Just stop ruining the stats system for everyone else.

This would put forth that the "play for fun" aspect is out the window...

So now the argument is....(for those without badge) "there are no unranked pistol/knife servers for fun so what am I to do? I have to go on a ranked illegal server."

Month later stats are wiped along with a post....

Post: I had my (insert badges worked so hard for here) and they are wiped just like that......

OK I was one of those dumasses. For three months I bought into this "its the honorable way to get it" line of BS. Stupid stupid stupid, you don't run around and charge at ppl carrying PKM's trying to knife them. Or lie in wait until an enemy runs by and take off after him, because there is always another guy behind him and therefore you. "Watch the UAV, its your friend" Yeah, a lot of control over where the UAV is and by the time you flank around, the UAV is done and the ppl you were flanking are dead or gone before you get there.

I get a kick out of all the posters who basically say "I got my knife badge the hard way, It was easy" Well, what was it?

After 120 knife kills and an untold number of embarassing deaths. I decided my knife skill was certainly above basic and probably deserving of veteran status.

"Hey Joe, did you see that dumbass trying to charge me with his knife?" and Joe says "Yeah I saw him a few minutes ago too trying to sneak up on you when I shot him full of lead".

I got my blade badge the FUN way.
