My point is, that when they conquered that area, there was probably at least some rebellion/insurgency from the natives/previous rulers. Maybe less than today because back then when you lost, conducting rebellions/insurgencies was much harder and the punishments much more severe.
So my main point is that it wasn't instantly peaceful when the Muslims came, just like now when the Jews come.
And also nobody has answered my question as to what exactly is so different from the Muslims invading and conquering the place and the Jews doing the same thing. Apart from the time difference...

We don't have proper facts of those times. Also during those times conquests were regular events.

The muslims didn't reply on false history to be given the land
The muslims fought for the land, rather than through terrorism
