Don't you think he might just be playing a more non-partisan role now because the right-wing side of conservative media is kind of full of bigwigs already, and left-wing websites seem to do better than any left-wing talk radio or TV programs ever really have? (aside from shit on Comedy Central...)
I personally don't think Glenn Beck believes a word of the shit that comes out of his own mouth. He's just good at saying what needs to be said to appeal to those people who aren't at the extremes of the two, currently predominant political philosophies in America.

Do you even watch or listen to him? How long now? In general, I think he does everything he can to piss off almost all politicians. He hasn't been knocking on just the Dems in the past, equal opportunity bashing for the most part. I think he is concerned about the future of our country and is doing what he does best to help change the direction our country is heading. He uses his entertainment abilities to get across his points very well. I do not think he is doing it solely for personal gain. Why can't people argue his points instead of making fun of the guy? I don't think I have seen one credible retort to and of his claims.

Had a backstage pass for over a year. Went to his Christmas show, and I have his books the real America and the Christmas sweater on audiobook. I also had a Fusion subscription for some time.
Beck isn't very intelligent imo. He is however entertaining. What he does he does for the response his critics eagerly give to him. He's no racist, but he has said some things that can be looked as racist. Listen to him regularly and you will know. He has a devoted following and some of them understand that his "I'm going to lose my mind outburst" is nothing more than shtick.
But again, not the wittiest person on the radio.
