He has to train to take part in those fights, he can do whatever he likes with his money.
I just love watching Xerxes Andrew Ryan JohnGalt and rammunation go at it.
Training is the easy part. I go to the Gym 4 days a week and am learning BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu). Its easy once you put your mind to itThe Sheriff wrote:

So if it's easy, why doesn't the bum go to the gym, work out, and do MMA to earn the money?rammunition wrote:

I go to Fitness first, it costs me £30 a month on the membership. Add about £50 on supplements and another £50 on high protein food items for my diets. Its expensive to say more than hard. Plus the jiu jitsu is about £60 a month at another place I go to.

There's so many other ways Monkey Ortiz is a dick that this isn't really even an issue. I earn my money, I decide what I want to do with it after I pay into the social contract that is government. Tito Ortiz is an assclown, let him feel good sticking his tiny pecker in and out of some torn chick I used to jack-off to when I was 15.
That being said, there are plenty of veterans out on the streets, kicked to the curb my by our great Veterans Affairs programs and forgotten by society. I hope Tito Ortiz didn't just deny a Vet some dough, because he's one of those "rah rah I support the troops" flag wavers that probably doesn't get that "supporting the troops" means supporting them after they've had a leg blown off and their brain scrambled by stress and combat.

I am left wondewring what the homeless guy would have done when offered a day job for money. I am guessing he would run for the hills.Macbeth wrote:

When the guy asked the former UFC champ for some cash, Tito flatly denied him, saying "I worked my ass off for my s**t ... laziness don't get you anywhere in life."

Of course you guess that, because you like putting everyone into groups - homelss = lazy, soldier = hero, liberals = spongers, and so on. It doesn't occur to you that people are different. much easier for you to keep your prejudices alive.lowing wrote:

So fucking true. I know some guy who buys $30 worth of lotto tickets where I work everyday. Yet he still goes around asking for money and sometimes acts as if it is for charity. He must make atleast $60 a day plus he gets welfare and lives in the projects so the government helps him out with his already cheap bills. And ofcourse the city won't do anything about him since they believe he is an actual bum.JohnG@lt wrote:
There are some professional bums in Manhattan that make a middle class income begging on the street. They commute into the city every day and then sit on a street corner with a cup and a sob story.

Why aren't you people focusing on this quote in the thread?KEN-JENNINGS wrote:

If you read far enough, you will get the answer to your question. Tito Ortiz is an idiot. Plain and simple. It isn't so much that he stood up for "growing up on the streets" it's that he is an obvious hypocrite. Ortiz attended Huntington Beach High School (which is very close to where I live and I frequent often) and says that he grew up on the streets. Trust me, if you think Huntington Beach is hood, try going to Little Rock or Oakland.... Plus, being from the streets ain't shit when you have depolyed overseas to fight a war.
protein shake tubs, the big USN tub which is £30. A box or 2 of protein bars, i get them cheap at £25. A box or 2 of Pro max meals, again i get them for about £35. The protein shake lasts a while but is my main source.m3thod wrote:
