It's not what you do but why to be honest. I guess everyone will agree that fucking them is cheating, but below that lines are a bit blurry. What I mean is that it is probably worse seeing some other girl everyday (supposed she's not a platonic friend) without doing anything, than kissing a random girl in a pub with no real intentions.
