Punkbuster DOES do something. For example: Yesterday it started kicking me from every game because PnkBstrB had decided to stop working halfway through a game of Wake Island.
I was eventually able to play again a few hours later by completely uninstalling Punkbuster and installing it again. Hooray for Punkbuster! It's so needed and does its job so well!
