8 months clean right now, be a year mid April. I can smell people smoking while sitting in traffic, if I knew I smelled that bad I probably woulda quit long before I did.

I found that keeping my mind occupied and busy from cigarettes makes me forget about cigarettes.
But also reducing the amount of cigarettes you smoke a day gradually works to.

Gave up Monday, on champix, nasty little pills. Stopped me from getting the hit I get but craving like mad and miss it, quite depressing.

That's impressive, I know people who quit 15 years ago that still get the odd cravings. It's bad stuff nicotine, that's for sure.

yea it is. i understand the occasional social cig or whatever, but i honestly dont see how people smoke that shit like its their job. im seriously the only person i know that doesnt smoke. makes me sick
I'm trying to quit, pretty hard when you have lots on your mind. Might invest in that book, one of the guys at the Careers Office quit that way.
