Saw them last night in L.A.

Great show. My only complaint would be the number of eff bombs. There were a lot of young people and it seemed excessive. And Billy seemed a little bit heavy on the sing along blah blahs
But, they are masters at their craft, putting on a hit filled show with a great set of backing musicians.

Green Day>all others besides Rush.

Clearly these guys are in a league with Led Zepplin, The Carpenters and Pink Floyd.

Also, there was not enough jazz cigarettes being sploofed, so we felt odd being both middle aged and smoking. Oh well.

Green Day rulz!!

As much as this hurts both my pride and head, I agree with Red. I saw them about 8 years ago during one of their Warped Tours. They didn't put on that great of a show and their music seems like its unapologetically shallow. Although I did see they decided to add another string player, which is good. And I liked Dookie, still remember listening to it in 7th grade.
