IF you had a chance to send the humanity 1000 years back into the medieval age would you do it?

kind of resembling the movie Escape from L.A. where those satellites that provide all the electricity for earth are destroyed and humanity is left in the dark without any form of electricity or any source of light, but yeah if you had a chance would u do it, knowing the fact that after u do it there would be no more interwebz, tv and so on.... I would personally do it if I had a chance....

here is the clip from the Escape from L.A.

the scene starts at 4:22 the one where all the satellites turn off all the earth's electricity

It would add a 1000 years to the eventual humans wiping each other out countdown.

Send the humanity...? What?

Huh?

The first thing that comes to your mind is internet and TV? Get out of the house some more. What about healthcare that actually hinders you and doesn't help you survive, or food that will kill you 50% of the time and goes bad after half a day, or global autocracy, or something like that?

If you're willing to inflict that on humanity, then you are a Class A Dickhead.

If you think spending 24 hours a day, 365 days a year trying to get warm and find food would be fun then go for it.

It was more like 18 in the 1800's if you lived in the northen industrial towns

Can't be much better before that either.
