I've been trying to get a copy of BF2 for sometime now....most stores seem to be out. On my last trip to the game store to buy BF2 this happens:

I'm still seeing Bf1942 on the shelves. To think I was very willing to pay $90 for it when first released even though I didn't have a good enough computer. Now they're giving away it and all the expansions for about $40.

(No, I didn't buy it, I nicked it from a mate who didn't realy play it all that much. i still have it, but it still dosn't work on my computer.)

Where I'm from, copies of BF2 and even Special Forces are still on store shelves. As a matter of fact it must be a really popular title, as the price of either hasn't changed since release (USD$50 for BF2 and $30 for the expansion, give or take a buck or two and excepting sales promotions).
