I'm making a shitawesome playlist on Spotify, the theme being songs that have really fast tempos. Arctic monkeys are great for this, with stuff like Brianstorm and Teddy Picker.

Anyone got any suggestions for stuff like that?

Any genre, so long as it's got a quick intro and is really in your face, fast tempo and can be played really loud.

DragonForce meets that specification pretty well. Quick intros, quick songs really, and it does get into your face. The most obvious example being Through The Fire and Flames.

Chase and Status, Legion of Doom, Prodigy, Rise Against, Skream, Telemetrik, We Are Scientists, Pendulum, Klaxons are all pretty fast tempo'd - but I have no idea what you're looking for. You can get fast tempo'd electronic stuff, but it's complete wank.

@Idlewild: The fastest Skream goes is maybe a bit of dnb/grime/breakbeat... there are far higher tempo genres around.

Dubstep is all about dead-slow drum-beats and rolling bass wubs. Good video though, Skream is amazing live.
