I learned this after I spent $400 on a kindle. It's not bad, I get ebooks delivered instantly and at a discount. But I still prefer books. The feel, the smell, the o' fuck I lost my place. It's terrific.Uzique wrote:

One of my friends has the collected printed-book edition of all the comic strips; I think I'll borrow it off him for a few days!

Ah. I swear I've watched every episode of American Chopper, Deadliest Catch and Mythbusters about 10 times over. Disc. Science is a really good channel, too, I agree - love all the universe shows they have on there, and the engineering/aircraft shows are always pretty damn interesting. My family worry about me whenever I watch the History channel, though, because approx. 87% of all TV they ever broadcast is about Hitler / The Reich. Every time someone comes in the room I'm watching black and white footage of Hitler speeches. I should probably try and explain...Kmarion wrote:
