too soon to tell but from what I hear the summer championship is nixed. The Fall season starts next week at a different field so not sure if any one wants to follow-through on the summer championship during the fall season.

i woke up at 8, at 9 i was at gym, and i stared with running for 10 minutes, then i went on stepper, and at some legs machines,than at ergometer, and bench, a bit of basketball, soccer,  lat upper, and lat lower. than i showered and went home.

now i have 90 Kg and i have 193 cm

Since I've elected to join the Navy, I've started training for it, so yesterday started running again, so I did 15 minutes at a quick pace, followed by 30 press ups, and 30 sit ups, It's absolutely killing me since I've been unfit for months. Still, feels really good.

Eh, I need to get back into running, cause I've noticed a bit more fat on my stomach than I would like to admit. Bah, but it's fucking winter here at the moment so running is not enticing at all.

Haven't been able to run recently...extremely high arches are causing a lot of heel problems and micro stress fractures throughout my foot lolz. I can still cycle so I got in a decent 35 miles today.
