I doubt it meant the end of Top Gear, it would've made big news if the BBC were to announce that the show has been cancelled and they wouldn't do that to one of their few shows outside of Sports and News that lots of people actually watch.

That's sexism defined right there and it's precisely what will happen with that law in place, GG Harman, fucked up your own ideology there. Fact is she doesn't want equality for women, she wants them to have advantages. On the upside, it does mean they may steal Sabine Schmitz from Top Gear in Germany, as she's an epic driver, unfortunatly the only role I can see her taking is replacing The Stig, which quite frankly is unacceptable.
