Yay I just received confirmation that i start my full time summer civil service job on monday. = lots of money for an 18 year old and an awesome thing to have on my cv. Sadly its just basic administration duties so i'm going to be bored as fook.
EDIT: Crap, nearly as soon as i posted that i got a phone call saying the job has been delayed by a week so i now start a week on monday, that puts me £250 down .

£250 a week, it was meant to be a 10 - 13 week contract but if i start on the 27th then i'll only have 8 weeks. They apparently have decided that they cannot employ me until my criminal record checks come through as i'm only a temp whilst a normal staff member would start before they came back. Crap i should have asked how i get paid as well, i have the annoying feeling that its only once a month which would mean i would have to pay a months worth of train fares when i'm already broke before i even get any money.
Wow, that's quite a lot. You would just earn about 600-700€/month so about 150-175€/week here.
