5-Star Prison in Austria( with PICS)

The 5-Star Prison located in Styria, Austria. Prison can get to enjoy living in well-designed cell, clean, classy facilities like basketball court, gym room, ping pong, television, football table and etc. But only complaint on this cell is there is no computer and internet access. If the prison builds in Malaysia, I guess 70% of the population would become criminals!!!

Fun place to be? Should U.S. make its prisons like this 2? also since we have like over 2 million people incarcerated shouldnt we send them to Iraq and Iran and other places around the world..... comment debate discuss

I stay in Styria on the weekend and Leoben (the city) comes up in conversation pretty often. That's quite extreme.

Austrians throw the best parties, though. I was just at one.

I can't see this being any worse than keeping already maladjusted people in an environment that inspires nothing other than hate and violence. Prisons in the US especially are bootcamps for criminals that in most cases are going to be back out on the streets with a warped sense of justice and an animalistic sense of self-preservation. That seems more stupid to me than anything I see in these pictures.

Fair to the victim? Prison sentences do not exist for the purpose of letting victims morbidly take solace and pleasure in knowing that the offender is fearing for his life and living a sub-human existence. Prison sentences exist to deny people access to society for a given amount of time. It's clear and obvious, as you yourself testify in other threads, that the current way of accomodating inmates does nothing but turn criminals into repeat offenders. I find it somewhat odd that you can complain about this, but also complain when other approaches are attempted.

I'd probably wish all kinds of hell upon him, but I'm happy knowing that if I did, I'd have a justice system that'd separate my irrationalities from reality. Human emotion of this kind is the most animalistic. I can't agree with society disregarding the things that make us civil and separate from animals. It's nothing but devolution, and nothing good could ever come from it.
