I think you might be referring to the prone trick. Hold down either your Left or Right key (A and D by default, respectively) and hit your Prone Key (Z by default). You won't see yourself, but to others, you will be rolling and they cannot shoot you for a limited amount of time.maddogjj wrote:

If you are going down a ladder you can hit your sprint button and you will go faster. It has no effect going up. I don't know if that is what you are seeing because I've never watched myself go down a ladder fast.
