Got my new, or actually RMA'ed PSU today, so I popped that in with some major cable ties behind the mobo tray, adjusted some tubing that was kinking, (mainly the chipset to VGA tube). Then I zap strapped the 80mm fan to the exhaust portion of the back plate of my vid card to help with ambient temp and ram cooling.

This is one of the home made aircooling for my laptop.

https://biphome.spray.se/pc-fixaren/res/Demolerat/laptopoppen2.jpg

Or this one the turbo fan cooling.

https://biphome.spray.se/pc-fixaren/res/Demolerat/11b00000.jpg

Its one 80mm fan connected to the cpu and in the top a 92mm fan both sucking in air and creating a super fast airflow.
A bit bulky but it did its job.

Or this one with a whole side of lexan and a demolished 12v led brakelight from a car mounted on top.
The backside is a golden colored sunprotection film from a tractor.

Yea I should but the manufacturing problems were to high, and it had some stability issues after the cooling was applied

And it was a permanent solution that could not revert back to its original state.

A problem with that is that the battery terminals on a japanese battery is half as big as the ones on a EU battery. I solved it using some raped starter cable, a bolt from a kick board, and some electrical tape:

It actually looks good when it's not bathed in flash tbh.

Also, I'm gonna see if fan grills make it look better or worse.

Also, that radically dropped my GPU temps.

You mean, when there's not enough light to see it's defects, it looks fine?

I'm sure some gals look better in the dark, by that logic.

I have one of these, way quicker than a dremel, and way less discs.

Just turned the PSU around so it was drawing in air from the back side of the case, then I raised the radiator up so there is about an inch between it and the fans, and put a card board shroud around it until I can fabricate a metal or plexi one. Dropped  CPU temps 4 degrees at idle and the same at load, and the GPU temps 2 degrees at idle and 4 at load. Even the ambient temps seem to be coming out lower. Pics to come later.

So, I decided to change up my comp set up while installing my new mobo and PSU. One of the main things I wanted to do was mount my 3x120 radiator inside my case, preferably with intake air instead of exhaust air. And I wanted to run 3/8 ID tubing instead of 1/2 ID tubing, so I had to modify my pump as well... some pics so far, I still havent finished the side panel, so its off for now.
I chopped the ends off the pump and threaded them to fit G1/4 fittings, Using this guide:
http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/sho … p?t=178965
https://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g294/twigmar/IMG_0053.jpg

Next up was covering up the holes left by my former mounting bracket on the top of the case, I cut a piece of the mesh siding from an old case I had, screwed it on and filled in the gaps with bondo, later painted flat black:
https://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g294/twigmar/IMG_0026.jpg

After that, I made some mounting brackets for inside my case, where I finally figured out I could install this inside my Thermaltake Armor. I had to cut out the top 3 drive bays to make this work, A worthwhile trade imo:

With rad mounted:

tubing run and filled:

My oh so sweet cable management...:

Finished product up and running:
https://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g294/twigmar/compshots002.jpg

Still to come... side door, gonna be a bit lazy about getting that done though.

Side panel is now finished and Ram and Ram cooler have arrived.

Thx dude. I've chopped that case up twice now. I hope to get a new one before I decide to do it again. I'm quite happy with where I finally figured out to put the radiator.
Gonna start OC'ing it in a bit here.

I have to say though, it's an unnecessary waste of money, but for the sake of extra neatness I'd get a SATA DVD drive.

Yeah, thats been on my list for awhile now, I was gonna pick one up with the memory cooler, but when half of my ram failed with the new mobo, it kinda shut me down there.
