Those look totally different.

For one, the guy coming up from the button in BS is wielding an SMG, where as in CoD it's a rifle.

Also the vehicle in the background in BS is a normal tank, while in CoD it's a flak tank.

Also In BS there is only one random guy off to the side shooting at nothing, while CoD has two.

Also the guy pointing at the "camera" in BS has his thumb tucked in, as if he were making a fist. While the CoD guy's thumb is hanging out.

The two are totally different guys.
