After downloading and installing the wonderful 1.03 patch. I recieve an error message that my nickname is incorrect so I uninstall and reinstall with the new patch and go to retreive my account(with no problems) after playing a round I go to check the bfhq to see what was up with my promotions and low and behold I find that all of my stats according to EA are reset to zero. But when I checked with BF2S it said that I still had all of my points and awards. When I tried to contact EA they basically said I was sol and there was nothing they could do for me. (four days after an email and phone call) Is there a way to fix this I know my stats are out there some where, with my school studies there it will take me forever to get back to where I was. Am i Screwed?
Yes you are screwed. You obviously did something that EA did not like (stat pad, knife/pistol only servers). There is no way for you to get your stats back as far as I know.
It is really hard for us to even check to see if your stats are still 'around' somewhere unless you give us your PID or in game Nick. Without that you are 'sol' even on these forums.

There's one thing you can try. Since you have nothing to lose at this point, it's worth the shot I suppose?
open the file "C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\gp.info" with notpad.
Look at the second line, for the PID number [57431925], including the brackets. Replace the PID with your original.. [43540719]
Save and close... test it. Report the results..
Urrrgh...what a bad bad BAD bug. If nothing helps, sue EA for your wasted time!
