I'd say 800 g is almost 1 kg.

Yeah. 4x 200g of P4A. 4x AK-47 with ammo presumably, and 1x RPG with 9x ammo for it. That's probably more than 1Kg of High explosive in there, much more. So yes, Propaganda fail, it was actually more than he said

Well I donno, because wouldn't they consider ammo for an RPG (rockets?) well, Rocket propelled grenades okay but most people don't refer to it like that.

Depending on what type they are highly unlikely, but still the RPG grenades x9 and the 800g of P4A would be a KG most likely more

Ok bullets would be considered low explosive as gunpowder is probably considered a low explosive, as would both propellants of the RPG ammo, the initial gunpowder boost and the subsequent rocket motor-thing

But even one round of RPG ammo contains a significant amount of high explosives in it for the actual warhead
