Well unless they made some major graphical changes after the demo, WAW certainly DOES NOT have better graphics then CoD4.
In addition, when playing the demo, I felt as if I was playing a WWII remake of CoD4 with the addition of a single tank on one of those maps.
It kind of felt like BF2142 compared to BF2.

trust me, CODWAW does have really good graphics.
The lightning especially is top notch. It's a very very good looking game.
Although at some maps it does a bit inferior to COD4, but thats just for the use of bad colors (e.g. Castle)

Once you get into it both games are really good on the MP front.

Both games are absolute shit on the MP front, CoD4 just has the benefit of having a somewhat decent singleplayer.

So today I tried to play both CoD4&5's MP.

CoD4 had so much more spraying and spam, it was impossible to play. Also it had that fucking chopper, fuck I hate that thing.

CoD5 had much less spam, guys only sprayed at close range, and dogs can be solved buy a simple tap of the knife button, unlike that hovering raep-machine.

So yeah CoD5 has better MP.

A) Play on a server where the chopper is modded out
B) Play on a server where the chopper is modded to go down in two pistol shots
C) Play promod, no choppers.
D) Stick 2xRPG on your back.

RPG or LMG. Done.

Takes more than a second. Unless you get lucky it'll kill you at least once before you finish it, not to mention other people have a free shot at you while you're out in the open unloading on the chopper.

Actually, the SAW with double tap (as well as being quite useful for being a sort of long-range bullet hose with ACOG) takes down a full-health heli pretty quickly.  Maybe not in a second, but just hold it down on its belly and you'll have it down in no time.

The SAW with Double Tap is just crazy insane many bullets flying crazy.
