I think that each race testing and weekend deserves its own thread. It's so much easier to find older posts and it is very clear as to when people are talking about upcoming races etc if each had their own thread. It's not that many, and it's only one every two weeks or so.
Well you can blame Finray the fat bastard for getting the Malaysian thread closed. Australian one didn't get closed, so why did Malaysia get closed?
because the mods think f1 = sports but F1 > sports

Well some people may not be interested in talking to strangers, April Fools or spam, yet they remain open to those that still want to post.
Qually/Race preditions??
Qualifying:
1. Barrichello Brawn-Mercedes
2. Rosberg Williams
3. Button Brawn-Mercedes
4. Raikonnen Ferrari
5. Massa Ferrari
6. Kubica BMW Sauber
7. Hamilton McLaren-Mercedes (providing it rains)
8. Trulli Toyota
Race:
1. Hamilton McLaren-Mercedes (providing it rains, Brawn haven't had 1 lap of practice in the rain and I have a hunch about Hamilton wanting to make this week a better week)
2. Kubica BMW Sauber
3. Rosberg Williams
4. Button Brawn-Mercedes
5. Vettel Red Bull Racing
6. Barrichello Brawn-Mercedes
7. Trulli Toyota
8. Raikonnen Ferrari
Yeah, bit ambitious, I know. It's all dependant on weather really, which is likely to rain.

let me get this right; brawn are effectively honda, with ex-ferrari management, and they use merc engines?

Not sure about the ex-ferrari management bit, but yes.FatherTed wrote:

Got up to watch the qualifying live. Although coverage has started now the actual qualifying doesn't start for another 45 minutes. Annoying!

Ross bought the x-Honda facility, Ross wasnt really management at ferrari, but not far from it really, and yeah, BGP have the Merc engine.
Score one for you Ted and the season isnt even 2 races old yet

Yet again ferrari's pit mgmt. have screwed the pooch...
Thats an unacceptable mistake imo, the team, if not Massa, should have known the track would get faster.
pathetic comming from Ferrari tbh.

I like Massa, but...I laughed so hard. Mwhahahaha.
Q1 was so damn close at the top, it was incredible. Going by the qualifying times, this should be one good, close race.

I missed it as usual due to a combination of late nights and stupid time zones not suiting my lifestyle
Not surprised to see it go how it went though, should be another good race here

From one brit to another. Jensen's lightning fast right now.
The team are giving him one hell of a car atm as well. A little Ross Brawn, anyone? hehekylef wrote:
