Does something happen towards the end? It's being super slow to load for me so I've only seen half of it. What do you mean? Looked like a fairly standard protest to me.

Notice the way the Police do not grab and arrest individuals. Instead they throw them back into the mob. And they have all exits from the square covered by a wall of uniforms. That is, the police are detaining the protesters, as a group, within the confines of the square, but not issuing any arrests, and that (detention without arrest), my friends, is illegal in this country.
