Dude, it's obvious; get a mini torch, like they sell at the hardware store, and slowly burn it off.
Keep water handy if you haven't showered for a while, like me.
It's rather explosively flammable, but if you do it slow it makes a super clean pate and leaves the house smeling like lilac in spring time, or a super models duke after a case of the runway jitters.
