Don't cry for me Argentina.

Portugal always lets me down. My mom is big into the World Cup, and when they lose I'm no longer allowed to watch the rest of the matches with her knowing. lol

Yeah, against Vanuatu, New Calidonia and Fiji. I mean holy shit, I didn't even know Vanuatu and New Calidonia had enough land that they could use for a soccer field and Fiji can't keep it's government together without a coup so God knows how they manage to keep a soccer team together.blademaster wrote:

Maradona can't be too pleased with his first match as head coach, losing 6-1 against Bolivia.
Maybe the Argentinian players weren't used to the climate; the match was played at an altitude of 3600 metres.

Wales 0 - Germany 2. Almost a good result
Ross Mccormack scored for Scotland last night, he's a Cardiff player, I am chuffed to bits with that.
Warren Feeney scored for Northern Ireland, he's also a Cardiff player who has been out on loan for nearly 2 seasons now, happy with that.
Well done to all the home nations last night and previous weekend, except mine. I've had the same feeling for 25 years now though, I hope all the other home nations make it to the finals so at least I have someone to support. I always support England when they qualify and would be exactly the same for the Irish's and Scots but obviously they don't make it so much.
Big Balls Scored a beauty for Germany last night, I can't fine it so have a look at this instead

So, what were Bellamys comments on losing to Germany then?
I need around tree fiddy.
Hopefully it will make him go into retirement, both in football and verbal terms. I didnt watch our match last night, so haven't got a clue how we played. We scored an own goal (he plays for Swansea) and Ballack opened it with a fucking rocket of a shot that would of beaten most keepers, but not me and Im not even a keeper.DonFck wrote:

I have a certain antipathy against Ballack. I think it started at Euro 2008.

Ahhhh. I dislike Bellamy more and he's a Welshman from Cardiff.

He didn't play due to "leg injury"1927 wrote:

Oh, and papers wrote that it was the first loss for Maradona. Not his first loss in his first game.

Theres all kind of rumours around. Koumas got dropped, he told Tosh 'Fuck you then, Im retiring', Tosh shat himself, put him back in and the other players went nuts. Bellamy was in Manchester midday ish, I saw a link elsewhere and haven't investigated it myself with my Private Eye. Agent 27, isn't on the case.Ultrafunkula wrote:

The following I copy and pasted
Well, Apparently Toshack dropped Koumas for the Germany game. He then retired from International football, then Tosh decided to put him back in the team. The players didn't like that, he then get's dropped again - and Koumas claims injury and walks out.
Also Bellamy WAS fit last night, and was in Manchester around mid day.

Robinson has now retired.
Toshack's recent attitude stinks. On the day he claims that he wants injuries to make his job easier (wtf!?), he then get's what he wants.

2-1 after a damn hard game. Still in the race.
I'm still confused as to how this works but from what I can tell NZ hasn't been booted out of the running for a spot yet. Can someone please get onto that so we don't embarrass ourselves come the World Cup?
