Yep. I was thinking a while ago...how much more realistic the game would be if they just doubled damage and put magazines at actual capacities.Longbow wrote:

Awesome, bad company for pc this time.
Is this an assumption, or do you have links supporting your theory?eagles1106 wrote:
I usually dont post here but the amount of stupidness in this thread is funny. If you would read what's on the websites/etc, you would notice a couple of things.
Bf1943 only has 24 player support and 3 maps because it's a PREPARATION for BF:BC 2. Basically they're releasing it over the summer for players to get used to the Frostbite engine being used on the PC to get people either prepared or more convinced to buy a more full release with the Frostbite engine, that being BF:BC 2 in the winter.
Neither games will be ported from anything.
No, instead it's a console battlefield gameVolatile wrote:

Someone can tie me down and shovel dog turds into my mouth, but it doesn't mean I'll eventually like it.
If It doesn't have at least 48 player support, It's not a battlefield game in my eyes.

Ok fine, a nerfed version of BF2. Happy now?Fat_Swinub wrote:
A remake of BF2? Without jets? With 24 man maximum? What crippled version of BF2 did you buy.
Hopefully the PC version will be 64 player max.Bell wrote:
So bad company 2 is 24 player max? Or you on about bad company
Well, it doesn't look too good player limit wise for this new engine. All Frostbite engine games that we know of have 24 players max. Namely Bad Company and 1943, both FB games. This new title, BC2, doesn't have any information yet regarding player limits.Bell wrote:

You know I'm not really sure about that either, half the time on games with like 32 peeps and up you never see more than eight at a time anyway, unless its Kark IO or something. The servers would be easier to fill on 24 as well.FatherTed wrote:
quick question, why exactly is a 24p limit bad?

Looks like a remake of BF2. I'm not complaining as long as the PC version has awsm graphics and better hitreg.
BFBC is a really good game for xbox360.Poseidon wrote:

the biggest things missing from BFBC.
They got rid of prone to basically "Balance the classes" . Oh and you don't have to empty a full mag to kill someone, are you spraying like crazy or are you using a cqc gun at long range?aerodynamic wrote:

i just hate that fact that you need to empty a full mag to kill someone.
