Yes but you have to literally know and accept as fact Jesus came back to life three days after death and that he's God's son while also being a part of the trinity.

It's not open to interpretation. That's the foundation of Christianity, if you reject it you aren't a Christian. Any other interpretation of the Bible isn't a literal one. _{Basically Mormons aren't true Christians according to the Bible because Joseph Smith disagreed with the literal interpretation that Christ and God are parts of the trinity.}

You also do have to believe that communion and/or prayer/confession will absolve sin from your soul. Not just the original sin or w/e but all sin committed by you. If you do not believe that, again you're not a Christian.
