I have the money and I am ready to buy, Is there any thing I should change?
Oh and is there a better heat sync that will work for AM3 boards, the one I have on the list will only mount sideways (the fan facing up or down instead of facing the rear or front)

AMD? I'm not updated on the Phenom 2s, so I'll leave that to someone else.

Change HDD to a Samsung F1.

Change the heatsink. For the same price, you can get a TRUE 120/TRUE 120 eXtreme/Xigmatek HDT-S1283. I cba to check if they fit the socket, I'll just assume they do. Check that first.

I would glady get an Intel I7 it would be awesome buy I cant afford it and C2Q is still overpriced and the Phenom II out preforms the Q9400

I have that SMILODON case.

Overall, its a really sturdy case but on mine, the led lights on the front panel didn't work, the magnets that keep the "door" closed is only glued on by really cheap glue so it just fell out.

If you have a really tall heatsink for the cpu, you are going to have trouble with the removable motherboard tray.

change the case, get the HAF lulz

and change the PSU, the 650TX has too many wires for the smilodon (trust me the smilodon is CRAMPED) my friend has trouble with its MB tray like said with a zalman (9550 or something CNPS) cooler, and with the xigmatek dark knight, you won't be able to even use the MB tray after you put it on

get a modular corsair tbh

My OCZ Vendetta 2 (http://www.ocztechnology.com/products/c … cpu_cooler) is roughly the same size and I didn't have any problems with it. I have a P182 case, so i don't know about yours.... but i doubt you will have any problems.

Real case... bah... only real case in this world is Silverstone TJ-10 in black. but it is way overpriced.

besides, I can fit 4 Noctuas in there anyway...
