Production quality is very good. Is this trying to be a kind of "Jizz In My Pants" thing?

If I'm to be perfectly honest I didn't actually like the song very much. I know it's meant to be comedy but I've seen better. It was a one-line joke that lasted five minutes.
The video itself was kind of funny, the song/lyrics, not so much.
