Are they bad? i got stopped by the police last night at 3am for pissing in public, had to go nowere else to do it. two armoured land rovers pulled up all female cops got out and started talking to us, i was pretty fucked by this stage and my friend has just told me they gave us official cautions, and that we will now get a court summons.

so basically am i in any way screwed?

Same thing happened to me, you will probably get a letter saying you have to go to your local police station for a warning and they tell you not to do it again ect.
its nothing serious though and i don't think it appears on your criminal record, not sure though.

Last time I did that one of my friends ran down the street (I didn't know that it was him at the time), put two fingers to the back of my head like a gun and shouted "wallet". I turned round and he had his hood up so I still didn't recognize him, so started to run. I turn round to see if he is following, and he has his hood down laughing his ass off. Not cool.
