[TF2] Changing resolution, out of game

Hi

Is there a file in the tf2 directory that I can edit with notepad or whatever to change the resolution TF2 will start up in?

I *think* you can use the following commands in launch options (right click TF2, properties, Launch Options)

-width 1680 -height 1050

For whatever your resolution is obviously.
