To be fair I don't ever remember seeing an admin on one of their servers. This is probably why I like their SF server.
huh played quite allot there and they hardly ban cheaters playing alongside with em but i dunno i assume you guys are super awesome or similar then.. But sure good servers are ass coming by nowadays everything running Karkand that map is boring.

Been banned from candys about 4 times, lucky they erase the banlist every few weeks i think.
until i get banned after a few rounds its usually actually quite good, decent map rotation (16,32) and decent amount of squads.

My clan has a server. 64 player IO server with 64 player seize maps. Rotations of Karkand, Sharqi, Jalabad, and Mastur City.
There are hardly any rules, just not base raping, and we don't ban for "Suspected Cheat" bullshit. You can bunny hop headshot all you like as long its not aimbot assisted across the map kills.

search for FEAR, it's karkand infantry only 48 players, admins are active and don't ban much.
Actually it's because EA took away all their official servers which ran exactly how I liked it, 32 slots on 32 player maps. Back in the day I used to avoid clan servers like the plague because you'd get kicked for looking at an admin funny. Now there seems to be little choice as most servers are clan servers (or at least communities that function like clans). Wading through the awful servers like =22nd= SAS has gotten more and more difficult. From what I've seen, BF2 generally moderates itself far better without admins at all and I know I have more fun without having to worry I'm going to get banned for pushing my spacebar.specialistx2324 wrote:

Jamsey I'll take a look at FEAR. 48 man IO really isn't my thing, 64 sized karkand even less, so I won't be surprised if I don't like it.

=CBBF= ( code blue battlefield ) is a good server i used to play in when i was playing BF2 hardcore, i dont know anymore if there around. but if i was playing BF2 again and there still around, i would go to them in a hearbeat. ROX went from awsome to shit faster than a noob tube, and Lost Soulz.... pfft bunch of wankers and glitchers.
A2G ( addicted to gamers) there good but some of their ADMIN are just questionable in my book.
HBD ( honored by death), nice server to play to, but their members are just noobs or werent taking the game seriously. plain and simple. i got 35 kills and 7 deaths last time i played them back in 2006 in ghost town. i just went c4 crazy that day.

Generally speaking I go to a TV2 server if I want to play dragon valley. If either of those run the 32 player version (which I haven't even seen on a server in ages) I'll be glad to join them.Ataronchronon wrote:

There was this ESF clan once..They were running a decent 24/7 oman server -with some noobs playing tho-.
I wanted to join the clan so I was gonna kick some noob wankers from the server when they called me a hacker but the clan-leader SCHEMSS denied my request because he found out some name spoofing issue of mine and put me in the place of a damn HACKER. (He even banned my two GUIDs/cd keys from the server)
Later -on xfire from a source- I have found 2 screens which made it obvious that SCHEMSS was a HACKER himself!
I posted it on their forum and BINGO!
Two months later when I checked it again there was no forum no server.
So -after 7-8 months since I ve requested joining the clan- I was playing in TV2 Oman server when a guy (Opresser) said "Hey Serhend I remember you from ESF." (He was a co-admin in ESF.) I asked him what happened and he explained me that they saw my screens and the clan broke up. He said he now believed that I was no hacker. (Wouldn't you say "Too late lol.")
And I got the biggest satisfaction of my 3.5 years BF2 time by owning/busting/screwing a retarded admin and his whole clan! Lol, it is surely one of the best things (if not the best) I have ever experienced in BF2.
