Just another thing to consider, the 'quote' isn't even something the Scout says. That and the dog tags are what make me slightly suspicious. Most of the arguments in the thread are stupid. But those 2 things are in plain sight and don't feel right.

Yeah I just visited there myself. People are truly losing it over there. I joined the tf2 chat on steam, and couldn't read a thing anyone was saying because the replies were being pushed up in a matter of milliseconds, and most of it was spam.
It's almost 19:00 EST, updates noramlly come at 17:00. Valve is probably just being Valve though.
I'm foreseeing another case of Monday being replaces with 'Mondayish', ala Heavy Update
The page was kind of wigging out about an hour ago, and people are taking that as they are trying to update the page, when in reality, it's probably just from people f5ing so much.
If it was a swarm of F5ing, then I wouldn't be able to load the page.
