I don't even agree that it solves Cancer, I think it's a crutch for weak minded individuals to feel all warm and fuzzy and think they're helping the world. The reality is me recycling a can of Pepsi is more helpful.
You're just not getting it.
It's not as if we're dropping all the things normal people do for charity etc, it's just that we're doing all those AND folding. Who knows? It might get SOMETHING. I know I still recycle as you put it, I do charity work myself, I give to charity shops, there's a cancer survival store down the road that I have given to myself.
You - Maybe donate, maybe give. K, good.
Us - Maybe donate, maybe give, fold. Adds up to more than you.
Who knows, it probably might not do anything, but like I say, I'd rather spend time on it in the hope that it does than just do nothing.
