BF2S Forums Conquest back at ESL! - Nightcup I

Brave soldiers, it's time to brush up your tanks and start your engines, because Battlefield 2 Conquest is back at ESL!
After multiple request to reopen the battlefield 2 conquest ladder we have decided to listen to you and do so, but just for a tiny bit. The way we are going to do this is different. Instead of opening a ladder which will be dead in a few weeks we shall start with some nightcups and possibly a larger cup to see if the interest stays. The first cup will take place in one and a half week:

Mode     Single Elimination 1 Map
Contestants     16 Teams
Schedule     Match #1 - 19.00 - Strike at Karkand
Match #2 - 20.00 - Zatar Wetlands
Match #3 - 21.00 - Sharqi Peninsula
Finals - 22.00 - Dragon Valley
Rules     8on8 according to the Conquest Nations Championship rules, when your opponent does not show up within 15 minutes of the match start they will lose by forfeit.

All contestants should be available in #esl.bf2 on quakenet during the cup, recognized by their clantag. This will make it easier to make arangements for the match such as the server. If your opponent does not show up within 15 minutes of the actual starting time they will get a default loss.

Because this cups are intended for fun and to make sure all teams can play you may add players until 24 hours before the first match!
