Hmm I never knew we had that stereotype also. I was pretty happy with the rag to riches through hard work and rags to riches off the backs of your fellow man but this is an outrage.

Good for him. He's found a legal loophole and is making a fortune from it. And he is suing establishments which fail to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act, which is clearly against the law if he is so successful.

suing for a gas-station papertowel dispenser being too high? ffs cmon, they showed that in the vid and it was not too high. im 6'4, should i sue for when shit is too low for me? if they lower everything to the height of a wheelchair, that means i have to hunch over and cause back strain for everyday life.TheAussieReaper wrote:

The shame is he wouldn't be forcing these businesses to act if it wasn't reported by CNN and they were given a chance. Hopefully because of him the law will change so businesses have 3 months, or however long to comply with the standards required.
