My grandfather recently gave me a Polish 9mm pistol that was surrendered to him by a German medical officer during WWII.

i was thinking of buying a Ruger single six hunter (the .22lr/.22WMR one) in the spring for plinking and rabbit hunting. what do you guys think?

I don't own guns (being English and all that ) but I've shot an L98, L81 and various .22 target rifles. Actually got the team bronze medal at the LMRA (London Middlesex Rifle Association) shoot many years ago held at Bisley.
