Looks cool, you don't see a bold color combination like that coming out of photoshop very often. I would say that nothing really draws the eye to your name though, I ended up looking at everything but your name first. If it's meant to be used as a sig, maybe make that more central?

Yeah the text doesn't really stand out at all and the white and blue hurts my eyes...
