All teams up it by 20/30% when a new boss comes in as they have to impress to keep there place. The assistants etc usually pick the team based on last week and previous, and all the players wether in or out play harder to impress the new boss.

Hit the nail on the head there, I think he was holding them back, forever wanting to do it his way. Lots of players have came out and said that they were always on their toes and that they prefer the more relaxed atmosphere that Sbragia has instilled.justice wrote:
