Again, nothing new. The violence over the last five years has not, for the most part, been perpetrated by the Iraqi people, but by people coiming to Iraq from other middle eastern nations to fight the Americans. Yes, they want the US and all other influences out of their country. Who wouldn't? But they also want stability, and a whole lot of Iraqis know that the US is the best way of achieving that. Iran basically runs Iraq anyway if you look at the connections between the Shia community in Iraq and the Iranian government. That's pretty much inevitable. They'll essentially take over whenever we choose to leave, regardless of whether it's today or 10 years from now.Stingray24 wrote:
