I've seen an american tv show about industrial cleaners who had to clean these sorts of houses, and they came across a surprising number that looked exactly like that.

The only place they cleaned which was worse, would be a suicide attempt case inside a home. It would usually be in the bathroom, the home\apartment tenant would slash their wrists and then panic and change their minds.

This would result in them running around the house trying to heal the wounds, blood sprayed everywhere and they then die somewhere in a pool of blood.

If it was a bad case, the body wouldn't be found for a few weeks, and then the cleaners would have to come in once the body was removed.
