I seem had a strange sensation of a worm moving in the edge of my anus for the last few weeks, on a random basis, each lasting 5 minutes long.
It seems to happen every once or twice a week.
Any ideas?

Maybe there really is one. Seriously, its not called a worm, its called something else but don't remeber what. Go see a doctor, its nothing serious if you have them but they will have to take them out. You get them if you don't clean yourself very well.

If it's threadworms it's not necessarily due to you having bad hygiene. Adults usually get it off little kids when they don't wash their hands and you eat something they come in contact with.
