So, my stats aren't updating anymore, got new highscore as Pyro/Medic, but it just doesn't change .
Not that I care that much about stats, it's weird anyways.
Anyone any clue or shud I just send mail to Valve?.

You're not the only one. There have been a few threads about this sort of thing recently.

Nobody seems to know why. One suggestion was that the stats were gained while the Steam servers were down for maintenence.

Yeah. Nobody seems to know sorry. Mailing steam support is your best bet.

The Steam support page about Stats just says:

The Steam development team is still ironing out some of the bugs with the Steam stats. If you notice that stats do not appear to be tracked, that is a good sign that either stat tracking is temporarily down or that you may have an Internet connection issue. During this time, your stats may not be recorded. Unfortunately, that means they will not appear later when everything returns back to normal.

If you are experiencing intermittent connection issues, please follow this guide.
Which agrees with the suggestion that its to do with server maintenence/connection problems.

I still don't know what you can do to fix it.
